In Honor of Iris

Ten years ago my husband and I adopted a puppy from AARF. Her name was Iris and she was a lab/akita mix, born in a Wal-Mart parking lot and she was our best friend. Sadly she passed away two weeks ago from cancer. We are devastated by our loss but hope to one day adopt another puppy from AARF. In the mean time, we would like to donate all the unused treats, etc. that we have along with some grooming supplies and toys. Is there some way that I can get these items to you so that they can help another animal in need? Please feel free to either email me or call to set up a time and place to meet.

Thanks so much for all you do. Iíve attached a picture of Iris. She was one in a million and we have AARF to thank for saving her and making her available for adoption. Our lives wonít be the same without her.

When I am gone, release me, let me go-
I have so many things to see and do.
You must not tie yourself to me with tears,
be happy that we had so many years.
I gave you my love; you can only guess
how much you gave me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you have each shown.
But now it is time I traveled alone.
